This day will be spent in the National Park of Vatnajökull, with Skaftafell and its famous glacier lagoon, Jökulsárlón and Fjallsárlón.
Start the day with a Zodiac boat tour on the glacier lagoon. Sail around floating icebergs in one of Iceland's most stunning landscapes. On the Zodiac tour, you can cover large areas of the lagoon and get closer to the icebergs than we would on the amphibian tour. When possible the Zodiac goes almost up to the glacier (as close as safe). Passengers are provided with flotation suits and a life jacket. Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon is a beautiful lagoon in front of a calving glacier. Enjoy amazing view of floating icebergs in the lagoon and walk between them at the black beach, which is sometime referred to the Diamond Beach. Enjoy the natural wonders of Skaftafell National Park and visit Fjarðárgljúfur canyon on this day. Drive back to Reykjavík.

Today you will join a SIC tour of the Snæfellsnes peninsula. Kirkjufell, also known as “The Church Mountain,” and its neighboring Kirkjufellfoss waterfall are iconic landmarks of Snæfellsnes, famously featured as the “Arrowhead Mountain” in Game of Thrones.
Formed by glacial erosion during the last ice age, Kirkjufell is one of Iceland’s most photographed sites. Búdakirkja, the Black Church of Búdir, sits alone among lava fields on the south coast of the peninsula. Originally built in 1703 and rebuilt in 1987. Arnarstapi Fishing Village features picturesque coastal cliffs formed by ancient volcanic activity. The village is renowned for its beautiful harbor, stone arches, and marine geyser.
Ytri Tunga beach is home to a friendly and curious seal colony that often sunbathes on the rocks, providing an excellent opportunity for wildlife spotting. Lóndrangar are two basalt pinnacles, remnants of a larger crater, rising 75 meters above the southern coastline. Djúpalónssandur beach, with its black volcanic sand, is a historic site where fishermen once tested their strength with “lifting stones”. On this day you will also visit Vatnshellir lava cave. The Lava Cave in Iceland is a fascinating subterranean attraction formed by volcanic activity over 8,000 years ago, offering visitors a unique glimpse into the island's geological history.
